    450 Linden Ave has a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom ("den") side-by-side 2-story unit, each with 1100 sqft and a private, dry basement and included laundry appliances.  It's sandwiched between Delaware park and the Hertel nightlife in North Buffalo.  There is a large fenced-in yard with separately fenced area in the back ideal for a small dog.  This is the most pet-friendly of Fairview's current locations and pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Kitchen appliances include stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.  Parking:  There is offstreet parking for 3 cars in a lot behind the property.  A fourth car would be a tight squeeze, but on-street parking is a well-used option.  

    These units have asymmetric layouts.  The Right (when looking from front) or “west” unit has a vinyl-plank first floor, separate mud room from the kitchen and a separate formal dining room with a carpeted second floor.   East/left unit has a large carpeted den at the entrance that could be used as a third bedroom (no mud room), with a larger eat-in kitchen, and a hardwood second floor.  Heat is forced air for both units.  Bathroom is on the 2nd floor.   A train running behind the yard makes a surprising visual entrance, but makes little to no sound, and has become a welcome comfort to the residents here, giving it an urban feel behind the nature lover's back yard.  Large hedges create privacy on this 7,805 sqft lot (0.18 acres).
